Please be advised you the exact date an item will be back in stock, but are happy to offer you an estimated delivery time and will place the item on a back order for you.

We include as much information as possible about a product on the website page itself. Usually more detailed information can be offered if you Email us or WhatsApp us on the order line. Yes we do provide a gift tag service to customers purchasing jewellery as gifts.

We can send your items to your desired recipient. No despatch note will be enclosed within the parcel. Please remember to check the destination address and provide as much detail as possible.

  • Do I have to pay for return postage?

Gemafrique pays for return postage if the item was damaged, faulty, or doesn’t match the listing description.

Customers pay for return postage if you’re returning the item because you changed your mind, and the seller’s return policy states that buyers are responsible for return postage.

 

  • Why have you not refunded the delivery charge?
